| Participation
Requirements: |

| Ø A
player must attend 9 practices (on or off ice) prior to playing in a game or
scrimmage. |
| Ø A
player MUST dress for 15 of 19 games to be eligible for post season playoff
participation. |
| Ø No
player is allowed to practice without physical, proper registration paperwork
and fees |
| submitted to Peak
to Peak Athletic Office. Physicals are
valid for 1 year. |
