2008-2009 New Student Information and Important Dates

Welcome to Peak to Peak!  Please read the following important information for all students new to Peak to Peak for 2008-2009.

All students who receive a letter of acceptance to Peak to Peak must formally accept the offer of enrollment by replying to the Boulder Valley School District open enrollment office by the reply deadline stated in the enrollment officer letter your student has received. We cannot accept open enrollment responses at Peak to Peak. 

Once BVSD notifies us of student acceptances, you will receive a welcome call from us informing you of important enrollment and registration information and dates.  New students for grades K-12 will need to come in and pick up an enrollment packet after they receive our call.  Elementary assessments will be held on April 18, 2008 8:00-10:00 AM.

New middle and high school students must take course placement assessments for math and English and optional world language, and attend the designated academic planning night.  Please note the following important dates:

Mandatory Placement Assessments (middle & high school students only): 

Please attend the following date.  All assessments will be held in the Auditeria:

February 26, 3:30-5:30 PM High School Assessments

February 27, 3:30 Middle School Assessments

Academic Planning Nights (middle & high school students & parents):

Please attend the evening appropriate to student’s 2008-09 grade level.

Meetings will be held in the Auditeria.

· Parents and students are required to attend these meetings.

· Please bring the student’s most recent report card

High School: Tuesday, February 26, 5:30 PM

Middle School: Wednesday, March 5, 6:00 PM

Registration for 2008-09 Academic Year

            All new and returning families are required to participate in August registration.

Postcard reminders will be sent in the summer.

Students who are interested in participating in the music program next year need to audition for an ensemble.  Please contact the appropriate music faculty member to schedule an audition time.  For further audition information, please refer to
