1/05 - Present: Advanced 2-Dimensional Art instructor - Peak to Peak Charter School, Boulder Valley School District
Development of curriculum, course description and plan, website, assignments, assesments, and related materials to teach a class for grades 9 through 12 in two-dimensional art. Students  explore techniques of 2-D arts. Students also study ideas of aesthetics and art criticism as well as artists throughout history and their techniques. All students complete one research paper, student critiques, homework assignments, and a minimum of 4 - 6 projects by the end of the semester. Each student chooses projects from these categories: Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Photography, Textiles, and Mixed Media, plus additional free-choice projects if time allows. Students evaluate ideas of self-reflection, critique artwork, research general art topics, and write about their accomplishments throughout the semester. Students engage in philosophical discussions and presentations to help them articulate their ideas and develop critiquing skills.

8/02 - Present: Secondary Librarian / Library Department Head - Peak to Peak Charter School, Boulder Valley School District
Development and management of an integrated Information Literacy curriculum program providing collaboration and staff development for school staff. Library website development, maintenance, and renovation. Provide a wide variety of reader's advisory, research and reference services to library users, planning, organizing and presenting Information Literacy programs, including library tours , bookclubs, educational programs and orientations, research skills training seminars, and literacy developmental skills. Development and implementation of library policies. Collection development and maintenance, development and record keeping of displays for staff and public bulletin boards. Statistical tracking of book circulation and all other interactions and use of the library, including levels of collaboration and instruction. Processing of new materials, bibliography development, develop and implement library policies of all sorts. Member of the library building development committee. Database ordering and management, hardware and software troubleshooting. Supervise varying numbers of para-professionals, student aides, and volunteers in all areas of library tasks.

Provide a wide variety of reader's advisory, research and reference services to library users, planning, organizing and presenting youth services programs, such as preschool and toddler storytimes, after school programming for older children, tours, Summer Reading, and outreach to local schools. Collection development and maintenance, development and record keeping of displays for staff and public bulletin boards and display cases. Processing of new materials, and work on bibliographies.

4/99 - 12/99: Patron Services Librarian 2 - JCPL, Columbine branch
 Provided a wide variety of reader's advisory, research and reference services to library users, planning, organizing and presenting youth services programs including toddler and preschool storytimes, tours, after school programming for older children, Summer Reading, and outreach to local schools. 6/97 - 1/99: Community Library Associate - Timberland Regional Library
Provided a wide variety of reader's advisory, research and reference service to patrons, planning, organizing and presenting youth services programs, including toddler and preschool storytimes, programming for older children, tours, outreach to local schools, and computer education for older children and adults. Supervision of volunteers, and in the absence of Community Librarian 2, supervised building and staff.

2/97 - 1/99: Substitute levels 2 and 3 - Timberland Regional Library
 Provide a wide variety of circulation, reader's advisory, research and reference to library users.

8/96 -6/97: Art Teacher/ paraprofessional - McCleary School District
 Researched, planned and presented art lessons for children grades K - 5. Worked with Literacy students.
