Mr. Sam Todd
Executive Director of Operations
Mr. Todd’s educational background includes a BS in Economics from Purdue University, a MS in Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a MS in Business/Economic Development from Eastern University. Mr. Todd began his professional career with Hewlett-Packard Company as a senior HR manager for six years in Boise, Idaho. He then lived and worked in the inner city of Philadelphia doing community development for five years while working at Eastern University as executive director of the Adult and Professional Studies Program. Next, he served eleven years as business manager/CFO for Western Boone Schools, a public school district in Indiana. He then moved to Fort Collins to become the director of operations for Wingshadow, a social services organization serving at-risk youth, including an alternative school with the Poudre School District. He then worked as corporate controller for Ultimate Support Systems for three years before joining the Peak to Peak team in 2007. Outside of Peak to Peak, he serves on the board of the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority, periodically serves on CDE’s charter school support initiative (CSSI) team evaluating start-up charter schools, and previously served for seven years on the board of the Colorado League of Charter Schools.
