Ms. Walter began teaching at Peak to Peak in 2001 and has served as an Elementary Literacy Interventionist since 2004.  Although she is from Michigan originally, Ms. Walter has called Boulder home for nearly three decades. She has BAs in English and History from Albion College, as well as a MA in Instruction and Curriculum with a Reading Emphasis, from the University of Colorado-Boulder.

In her free time Ms. Walter enjoys: reading, cooking, traveling to all corners of the world, spending time with her dog and cats, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado sunshine.
