Board Recap (09.02.26)

Below is a recap of the September 2nd Board of Directors' meeting:

1. The next step in the hiring process for the Executive Director of Education involves engaging an Executive Search firm to assist the Board in candidate identification as well as to amplify our vacancy to ensure the quality of candidates meets the needs of our community. We anticipate hiring a firm in the coming weeks in anticipation of the official candidate search commencing in earnest by mid-October.
2. The three principals provided a first look at K-12 academic performance across standardized tests, including CMAS (Grades 3-8, 11), SAT, and AP (9-12). This aggregate data demonstrates our collective, outstanding K-12 achievements! Peak to Peak identifies these testing opportunities as a core pillar of our college preparatory environment, enabling your student to reach their full potential. 
3. Year-end financials (July 2025 - June 2026) reflect continued fiscal discipline and stewardship that enables the Board to confidently invest in programs, facilities, and our wonderful teachers and staff. Thank you for being a part of this through your generous, sustained giving!
