Peak to Peak was founded by a group of dedicated parents who believed deeply in building something special for their children—and that spirit of partnership continues to shape our school today. One of the most meaningful ways to be involved is through the Hiring and Organizational Development (HOD) team.
HOD plays a vital role in our community by partnering in the hiring of our teachers, instructional staff, administrators, and varsity head coaches. Simply put, this team helps shape the people who shape our students’ daily experience.
Because of the importance of this work, HOD requires a significant time commitment, along with strong collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality. It’s not a small role—but it is an incredibly impactful one.
