Complete the BVSD Intent to Return Form

BVSD sent out the annual Intent to Return form (formerly the ADU) directly to all families on Friday, April 25th. Please be sure to complete this form at your earliest convenience. This form does not impact your student's enrollment at Peak to Peak in any way, but is required annually as part of the registration process.

You should have received an email with instructions from BVSD. If you did not, please refer to the Intent to Return instructions on the BVSD website.

Note: This is only required for families with students currently enrolled in BVSD schools, including Peak to Peak. If you have a student who accepted an open enrollment seat for next year, you do not have to complete the form for that child.
