Ms. Kimberly Gannett

Ms. Gannett (she/her) grew up in New Hampshire and attended undergrad in Oregon at Lewis & Clark College. While in college she was a ski racer, lacrosse and soccer player. She lived in Ecuador, Guatemala and Chile during her undergrad years studying language and health care systems. After finishing college she moved to Crested Butte, Colorado where she got her first teaching job as a Spanish teacher and coach. After teaching Spanish at the Dawson school for five years, she then continued her education at CU Denver where she got her masters in school counseling. Ms. Gannett has been at Peak to Peak for 24 years now where she is high school counselor, sponsor of the National Junior Honor Society and mom of twins who graduated from Peak to Peak last year as well as having a daughter who is a freshman at P2P. In her free time, you can find Ms. Gannett walking her dog Koa, learning to crew on the Boulder Res, skiing, hiking and traveling the world each summer.
