GPA Requirements for Graduation Honors
Honors calculations are based on cumulative, weighted GPA after final grades from the first semester of a student's senior year. The final semester grades are NOT considered for graduation honors.
- Summa Cum Laude: 4.50 and above
- Magna Cum Laude: 4.20 - 4.499
- Cum Laude: 3.9 - 4.199
Graduation Regalia & Recognition
Only approved clubs, honor societies, and student groups receive cords and pins at graduation. As of September 2024, the following groups are approved for graduation regalia:
- Art Honor Society
- Computer Science Honor Society
- English Honor Society
- Eye to Eye
- Hack
- Interact
- Key Club
- Math Honor Society (Mu Alpha Theta)
- National Honor Society
- PolySci
- Science Honor Society
- Spanish Honor Society
- Student Council
- Thespians
- Tri M
To be recognized in the graduation program and with regalia at the ceremony, the group must be in good standing, have active membership, have existed at Peak to Peak for 2 full years before applying, and have completed the proper application.
