High School Coed Cross Country Winter Training

Dates: January 6th - February 27th

Days: Coach-supported meetups on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30 to approximately 5:00 p.m.

Program Cost: $100, with all proceeds going directly back into the program
Description: Winter Training is for middle and long distance runners who want to stay consistent and build fitness for track or other running goals. Over two months, athletes meet regularly for structured workouts, strength sessions, and cross-training. We run outdoors, lift in the weight room, and may occasionally meet at the Bob L. Burger Recreation Center for treadmill access or pool running.

It’s a great way to stay motivated with teammates while building on the aerobic strength developed during cross country. There are no attendance requirements, and runners of all ability levels are welcome to participate.
