Important Registration Information

Physical (PPE) Forms: Please note that a current physical form is required to attend tryouts. Please submit a copy of your form via email to Val Edwards 48 hours before the tryouts take place.

New Requirements for the 2025-26 School Year: The Pre-Participation Physical Examination (PPE) form is now the only accepted form for student physicals moving forward.

If a student currently has a physical on file that is not on the PPE form, it will still be honored. However, any student physicals dated July 1, 2025, or later must be submitted using the mandatory PPE form.

This pertains to both middle and high school students.

Cuts: Cuts are typically made for all middle and high school sports teams except Cross Country and Track & Field. Final decisions regarding team rosters are made by the coaching staff and may vary each season based on the number of athletes participating in tryouts and the specific needs of the team.

Families may choose the “Pay Later” option during registration if they wish to wait until team selections are finalized. For those who pay the registration fee in advance, refunds will be issued if a student does not make the team.

Registration Fee Refund Policy: Peak to Peak athletic fees are refundable prior to the first contest for the specific sport. There is a $25 processing fee if you decline your spot on a team or you do not attend your practice or tryout. Refund requests should be made through the Peak to Peak athletics office.

Students who do not make a spot on the team will automatically be issued a full refund after rosters are formed by the athletic department. Please allow 5  business days for refunds to process once issued.
