Registration Information

All registrations are now online through RevTrak. You can find the link to this on the Peak to Peak website under the main athletic page, all individual athletic tabs and through the RevTrak tab on the parent information page. The best part of registering online is you only have to fill out the information one time. Once you have your athlete registered, you will not need to fill out the registration forms again for that school year. 

* Please note: You will need a credit card to register online. At the end of the registration process, you have the option to pay by credit, check, cash or waiver.

Additional Registration Information:

• All student athletes must submit an up-to-date physical to the athletic department before attending the first practice or tryout date for their sport. Failure to turn in a physical will result in the student athlete sitting out of participation until the physical is received. Physicals can be obtained from your pediatrician or local walk-in clinics. 
• All student athletes must be registered before attending the first practice or tryout date for their sport. Failure to be registered will result in the student athlete sitting out of participation until the registration is completed.
