Enrolled Families Registration Process for 2025-2026

Step 1: Complete Necessary Forms
All Students
Elementary
Middle School
High School
This form is for high school students who want to opt-out of the sharing of their contact information with either military recruiters or institutions of higher education.
Step 2: Student Fees & Accounts
Pay student fees online by credit/debit card beginning July 25, 2025 (select 'Student Fees'). For the 2025-26 school year, Peak to Peak will continue using Infinite Campus Payments for all required fees, exam fees, field trips, school supplies, and yearbooks. Detailed instructions for submitting payment via Infinite Campus Payments can be found here. Additionally, please use the dropdown menu to submit outstanding payments from prior years.
Peak to Peak will continue to use RevTrak for Athletics, Parking and Off Campus, etc. My Payments Plus will continue to be used for Food Services payments for food purchases not included in the free lunch program.
Fees by School Level
Lunch Accounts
High School Only
Student Parking: All student drivers must purchase a parking permit in order to park on campus. Once you have completed the online process, you may pick up your parking tag in the Principals’ Hub after August 22nd.
Off-Campus Fees: Juniors and Seniors should purchase an Off Campus Lunch Pass if they plan to utilize this privilege. Students should pay attention to student PA announcements during the first week of school to learn about any off campus lunch meetings and to understand when off-campus lunch will begin.
Step 3: Update Your Information
All Students
- Confirm that you and your [6th-12th grade] students can log into Infinite Campus, or request your Infinite Campus parent portal from the front office, 303-453-4601.
- Be sure your contact information in Infinite Campus is up to date, including emergency contact information. Make any necessary changes via your Parent Portal account.
- Add or update any medical conditions your student may have to the Infinite Campus portal.
- If you haven't already, be sure to complete BVSD's Annual Intent to Return (formerly the ADU).
Middle and High School Students
- New: Please add your secondary student's cell phone number. This can be added in the parent IC portal under Family Information. This will only be used for emergency communications. Students will not receive Weekly Digest notifications, or other routine communications. We especially encourage this for 11th and 12th grade students who could be off campus during an emergency and would benefit from a direct communication.

Elementary Students
South Gym

Complete the Registration Checklist, Handbook Policies & Regulations Elementary School Form (provided at registration)
- Proceed to the homeroom teacher's room for testing.
- Drop off school supplies in homeroom teacher's room.
- Go to the south gym and find the Check-In table.
- Have the student's school photo taken in the south gym (before or after testing).
- Drop off all forms at the Check-Out table.
- Drop off any school medications, medication paperwork, or updated immunization records in the Health Room.
- Pay fees online (beginning July 25, 2025).
Secondary Students
August 6, 2025: 12:00 PM-5:00 PM
Cafeteria & Northwest Gym
