Annual Fund
As a charter school, we rely on the collaboration of our families to make each student’s K-12 journey a success. Collaboration and engagement take many forms in a school community, and at Peak to Peak, one way community support manifests is through the generosity of our families to ensure a bright future for every student. One of our most important traditions at Peak to Peak has been community participation in our Peak Annual Fund. This annual campaign, supported by current families, staff, and alumni, is the most important opportunity to financially support our school. Peak to Peak spends approximately $1.4 million each year to pay down the debt we owe for our original campus buildings. Although we receive the same PPR (per pupil revenue) as traditional non-charter public schools, the cost of paying down this debt equates to an approximate $1000 per student funding gap each year. Filling this gap can help us achieve goals in areas like competitive pay for our staff, new instructional materials, enhancing K-12 activities, athletics and arts, campus maintenance, and much more.
The Peak Annual Fund is one of the traditions that has kept Peak to Peak strong since our inception in the year 2000. Each donation makes an immediate impact on our students and teachers, and your support will help keep our school vibrant, relevant, and focused on the future. Please help us reach our goal for 100% family participation!
