Injuries & Limited Mobility

If your student is injured or is having/had surgery, it is very important to notify the Health Room as soon as possible so that appropriate plans and supports can be arranged.

Depending on your student's degree of mobility, a Mobility Plan may need to be implemented for their safety before your student may return to school.

The Health Room will coordinate with you, your student's counselor, teachers, and P2P's School Nurse Consultant to provide for your student's needs during the school day.

Please provide the Health Room with documentation from your student's Health Care Provider or ED/Urgent Care visit stating any limitations/restrictions/special needs your student may have during the school day.
