BAASC Newsletter March 2019
Hello BAASC Families,
February has flown by in BAASC and we have had many fun and new changes we want to share this month. In the k-2 grade room we have started homework/reading time each day Monday-Thursday and the students have adjusted very well. During this time students have choice to read with a peer, be read to, or read independently. We also offer time for students to work on math, writing, or spelling. Students engage in positive peer and staff interactions during this time and really have shown staff how much they enjoy their extended learning at BAASC.
In the 3-6 grade room students have come up with C.O.R.E cto help students work together as leaders in their environment. We look forward to continuing to work together to support the individual and group in the BAASC space.
