Opportunities to Provide Input on the Leadership Hire
The board sent this email to all community members earlier today, outlining the steps in the leadership transition process over the next 6 weeks. As mentioned in that email, we are launching multiple ways to ask for your feedback in this process:
Please complete this survey in the next 2 weeks. The purpose of this survey is to gather your feedback on the priorities for the school over the next few years, and the leadership capabilities we need to accomplish them. This survey will be available until December 3.
We will hold community sessions so you can share your answers to these questions in person with board members on Tuesday, November 30th at 3:30 PM and on Thursday, December 2nd at 8:15 AM. These sessions will be held in the Middle School playground/table area, which is on the east side of the cafeteria building, just outside the back doors. These are informal sessions, to provide the chance for board members to listen to the feedback from the community. Please dress warmly if needed, as we plan to be outside.
BOD members will participate in the ES, MS, and HS staff level meetings on Friday, December 3rd, to provide the chance to hear feedback and questions directly from staff.

As we head out on our Thanksgiving holiday break, we want to express our gratitude for our teachers, staff, admin, parents/guardians, and of course our students, who make our Peak to Peak community such a special place.
