The purpose of this club is to create a safe environment for the students of Peak to Peak to learn how to play chess, or to just play the game, and make some friends along the way. We will hold lessons for students personalized to their abilities if they need, have open chess boards for people to play on, and hold optional tournaments to play against each other. If people are looking into getting better at chess the best way is practice, and this club will allow that for everyone no matter how much they know about the game.
